I am still trying to develop a strategy long term,  ideally I would like to get to the point where I am flipping houses full time(as my Job) and continue to acquire rentals slowly as income for the future.I'm sure there's a million ways to look at this, i am just looking for any good food for thought, or advice from anyone who has been in the same situation.

I don't know if this detail makes a difference or not, but all the judgment and lien holders were notified of the court date for the issuance of the tax deed to the seller, but none of the parties of interest showed.I cannot refinance if the title is clouded.

@Linda L.Whether the non-recourse loan is to an IRA, IRA LLC or a Solo 401k plan, the following has been my experience regarding a non-recourse loan: How to qualify for non-recourse loan to an IRA - Lenders won't look at income/employment of  IRA holder.- Decision isn't based on credit.- The loan doesn't show up under social security number of IRA holder

It all comes down to basic life necessities water, food, and shelter.Also storage units turn over by the month, a lot more work on the management side to run them efficiently.
