Use Furnished Finder to study comps, and talk to some local property managers to see if they can help you get an idea.Once you have the gross income potential number, take that and back out all of your expenses.

By prioritizing the data and broadening my search to different markets, I managed to achieve success.

I have been managing family property with my husband the last 3 years.  

I worked in Management for 10 years out of college, and the last 2 years of my Management career I was working as a part time Realtor, building the foundation for my career before jumping in full time. 

I manage 400 rentals and have never had one.

I will be moving this property to my other manager as soon as I can!
