Tracking data on deals - What do you use?

Uzziel Cortez

New investor here.

Thinking about end to end pipeline management for finding, closing, rehab, rent, hold/sell deals.

What tools are you using to keep your information organized, clean, reportable, etc?

Seems like there is so much to keep track of so just want to know what you all are using.

Aloha Uzziel,  we use FollowUpBoss. There are (2) approaches you can use.  Either a CRM approach which centered around homeowner engagement, followups, collaboration and communication with your power team.   You can also use a PM approach which is the Project Management of a deal from beginning to end.   Personally, I prefer the CRM approach (see diagram) since the homeowner communication is critical -- besides, without them, there is no deal.   I can walk you though what we have so that you can get and idea what works for you from a Pipeline Management perspective. HTHS!  Joel
