Coming up tomorrow is @Justin Silverio 's quarterly meeting that will be at a finished rehab project he did in Stoneham (He just informed us there will be pizza so that should be enough motivation for a 21 year old:) ).  

I've been listening to Biggerpockets podcasts and reading through the UBG to REI book and I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

I see a booking in my future :)  I am just getting started in REI myself and joined BP only a couple of months ago, I just finished listening to all 86 Podcasts, not sure what I'm going to listen to during my commute to work now.  

I need an excel spreadsheet to track where the money is going, when and how much. as well as what task is being performed, started and finished...Thanks

Let's say it is 45 days start to finish.

Part of that might include a fixup of the property and in that case the finishes are selected with the tenant in mind.

I can refer you to my contractor that is just finishing up a complete house rehab (everything - electrical, plumbing, roofing) for me this week.

@Joel Owens Thanks for a different perspective.The extent of my jobs vary depending on the exit strategy and the condition of what I walk into.Holds are usually interior updates with basic finishes throughout - paint, floors, fixtures and new mechanicals if needed, otherwise I just have the mechanicals inspected and tuned up.

I can work with as little as a room shape and some rough dimensions, but if you have more specific dimensions, ideas on finishes/colors, etc I can get closer to what you want on an initial shot.
