Buyer offers 223, seller counter 235, buyer 224, seller 230, buyer let's it die, agent asks if we would do 224, buyer is excited, I write it up, before I hear back a new buyer enters stage and makes an offer which gets accepted right away (sounded like full ask, but not sure)- single family/invest: asking 160k, 4 offers, we offer 161 with escalator to 166, we win by 1k.- single family (my listing): asking 260, 5 offers on first weekend, 4 of them at 270, one at 266- duplex/inv: asking 215k, rents 2x1100, offer 221k, 3 offers, we win at 221- mixed use asking 250, deal fell through, seller motivated, agent tells me 225 will do. we write 225.- single family (my listing): asking 144, offer 143k- single family (my listing): asking 210, 4 offers on first weekend, all over asking, best 220k clean- duplex/inv: asking 320, rent 2x1450, we offer 322, multiple offers, we loose.
