Im in the process of raising capital for down payment and holding costs.

In the process of networking and looking at possible property deals, we connected with a husband and wife who live in Tulsa and often flip properties.

Greetings everyone, I would like to move forward in the process of acquiring my first multi-family home however my credit is not exactly where I want it to be, I understand that the VA does not require a "minimum" credit score however most lenders do require a 620 minimum.

I think back to when I started in the Milwaukee market and I was terrified but through a long process of  team building we are now rocking and rolling.  

She was supposed to close on the property today however the investor contacted her on Friday letting her know they cant get in contact with the HOA, therefore the have not started the approval process.
