You could hold it as a rental, but the rent there isn't all that great and with the loans you have on the property you might be digging a deeper hole.

I have a semi-systemized way of researching the broad scope of real estate terminology and issues at the moment, (mostly thanks to lots of podcast listening) but intend to go deeper into the issues of Arizona in general and Tucson in particular soon and I suspect AZREIA will go a long way towards that end.

I've heard good things about Jacksonville, Cincinnati and Phoenix, so I'm digging a little deeper into these three areas.  

There are plenty of others you can find that go deeper into it.
