Looking for Property in Scottsdale, AZ

A good friend of mine who recently moved to Scottsdale, would like to invest in her first property. She is currently renting. I am an investor from Kenosha, WI, so I don't have much knowledge of the market down. I have done a fair amount of research, but I was hoping the BP community could help me out. Is there any investor friendly agents that would be interested in helping me out, or is there any BP members looking to sell in the greater Scottsdale area. I appreciate any feedback or advice!
