From my experience, as advanced  the US is in a lot of aspects, they are still behind Israel in a lot of aspects relating to banking/ communication and technology.-( or perhaps just more conservative.)

I find it humorous to read comments from those that choose to ignore documented statistics to support a weak argument in the defence of something they are primarily emotional about.Statistically pits have a documented history of attacks.

So when you are busy selling hundred's of houses per year you want all communications in writing so you can reference them later.

If you can honestly answer YES to most of these questions, and you feel you have the emotionally stability to continue making progress - then GO for it! 

I've been using FCI now for the past 5 years and find them to be very reasonably priced with great service and communications.
