I'm looking to for my options as my credit is now shot due to putting business to the side to tend to my 3 children and get them situated after the separation.

I have spoke with a real estate lawyer and they have informed me that I have to get signatures of all the living members and or their children if deceased to sign over their claim to me in the home since the original owners did not have a will.

Broken glass, blocked entrances to rooms, clothing, toys and old furniture everywhere.

The property is vacant, the owner died maybe 2 years ago and there are no lineal descendants .if I'm not mistaken the owner was never married and has no children.

The seller is in his 80's and is selling to leave a simpler inheritance to his children.

Hi,We have a tenant that was late on rent and I could not get a hold of, they finally got back to me today via text(week late on rent) saying they have moved out of state and will not be returning and have mailed the keys back to us.They obviously did not give notice of leaving, but also left their belongings in the apartment .Furniture(Chair, couch, bed, etc), kitchen items, and other random things.

Someday you will be telling your children "you know i used to be able to get money at 5.5% and I thought that was too high!"  

We have two children and they live in offices.
