Has anyone structured a deal like this?

So it ultimately saved me money, since I wasn't having to pay to have my accountant double enter items.I am curious though how 2 properties are 4 LLCs, that seems overly complex, and depending on how the LLCs are structured, it sounds like the PM reports won't really work anyways, unless they are treating each LLC as its own "property", independent of the actual properties.  

We are in the process of starting a few more businesses, only one of which has focus on real-estate, and would like to make sure our structures are in place properly, allowing us in the future the ability to sell or add partners or investors.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

It's practically a rebuild. 70's house that hasn't been touched since the 70's and needs foundation and structural repair.

Staying current on market changes, possessing the experience to structure the offer that a seller will accept is very valuable!

The home foreclosure was due to failure to pay, certainly not neglect or structural issues.

In general, when you own the structure, there is more work.

How do you typically structure your deals when doing this?
