Why not normal white, or blue, or black, or green?

If so the agent should have proof of funds on file with bank statement blacked out.If not proof of funds and it's financed what kind of structure is being used and what amount is being put down??

I have never really had luck getting anything done that wasnt black and white without having a personal relationship with the LO who knows my goals and what I am looking to do.

BostonAREIA.com is now in Medford I believe, and I have two meetings a month in Waltham and Worcester, Black Diamond url in my signature. 

There are many networking events around us including ARIEA's, various Meetup's and the Black Diamond event in Waltham.

This isn't something set in stone but it's nice to paint a clear picture for an UW because they tend to look at things black and white with no gray area typically. 

The Black Diamond event in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester) is worth getting out to and isn't that bad from there.
