@Tom HoranTypically you want to trigger some sort of sale, I have never done a deal with a owner yet but I know you might lose the benefit of starting the depreciation clock over.

The benefit of doing that is you have more maturity and experience on you and you can even make a play for the top business schools in the country (Harvard and others).
