I have clients set up on automatic searches for properties, and they do pop up.

Makes it easy since their rent is the same every month and it’s all automatic.

I’m looking to make the shift to full time real estate investor so the W2 income may not be there.  

Keep in mind the markets due for a shift (not like we can time when).
