Personally, I view a divorce as a giant financial storm, and ya know what.. you probably have some late rents coming your way  (or missed payments) if they have to hire lawyers, not to mention whoever controls the $ will be a jerk to the other.

I know you do not want to hear this however; ultimately you are liable at this point at least on the New York point of view.

30318 is the perfect example of why you can't draw conclusions by zip code in Atlanta.So this house is in 30318 and is arguably in the best elementary school district in Atlanta (Morris Brandon).  

From the seller/client point of view, I'm going to concur with some of the Professional here - against my own position - and agree that for most clients speaking directly with a buyer or buyer's agent could be a bad idea and should probably be avoided.  

You have to view the seller as the salesperson, not you.
