Good Day beautiful peopleMy name is Kenway Afam Oforeh and i'm a new real estate investorI have just moved into Dallas, with the intent of making very compelling wholesale deals and i have chosen Oak Cliff and Richardson in the Dallas/Fortworth Area.Can anyone kindly recommend me some Realtors or a Realtors who "farm(s)" those areas and are/is willing to work with an Investor?

That beautiful fish might end up being filthy and rotten when you get up close to it............. : )      

The first investment can be the most intimidating but once you get that accomplished it will be easier to tackle number 2.

You may not have the time to find all your own deals and that is what wholesalers are working to accomplish, that is find you the deals and hold them long enough for you to make contract with them.

I'm just trying to find an answer, when I say "must" I'm recognizing that it's frequently done so there must be some legitimate way to accomplish that. 

I've latched on to the IDEAL acronym when thinking about the "why" REI question.I = Income (cash flow)D= Depreciation E= EquityA= AppreciationL= LeverageI've seen this model work beautifully for my father and I'm looking to take it to the next level.
