I am heavily involved in NARPM (National Assoc of Residential Property Managers) where I am currently a regional Vice President. 

I'm in the Columbus region and beginning the same thing.

Vinny,Not sure if you have access to a SBA (Small Business Association) there, but in US, we have such regional and national government departments that provide assistance to small businesses.

Hi everyone,A potential tenant wants to use one of my units to live in (Montreal region), but would also operate his business from this unit.

I'm confident that if you network with other investors in the Tri-Cities area, you can learn some quality MH tips from them as well because as you stated, MH's are fairly prevalent in certain areas of the region.

If I were to sell, I would use that $250K for other rental property purchases in other regions of the country.  

I will use them again if I choose to invest in SFH in the Orlando region.
