Hello BiggerPockets!

My name is Joshua Warden, I'm a new investor and I just opened my company Adept Real Estate LLC. We operate in the Capital Region of Upstate New York, based in Troy, and aim to tackle each area of real estate investing. My partner and I have been in the region for three years and have grown to love it. However, this area is in major need of housing rejuvenation and stimulation. This land has a lot of history and beauty; it just needs a little work. Our goal is to not only create a successful business, but do our part to support and give back to the community we've grown to love.

I look forward to speaking with all of you on the forums.
