Some people will tell you HM but unless you're experienced in it or do you have some tire type of private funding you're going to have to bring more money to the table than you would with a 203K.

So to Nick's point my answer is assuming that your Realtor is properly licensed in both Real estate and property management, and is not doing it under the table (has other properties his company manages and your not the first one)With all of that being said, I do both for my clients and it builds in accountability for me.
