@Nicky Garza basically from the 13k, 11k went into the actual loan and the remaining for additional closing costs (roughly speaking)I did, I used an online service for credit and background check.

To be clear....a foreclosure action is Always “foreclosing on the property” Not “auctioning an interest in a lien”.Of course the question is, do any other liens remain with the property otherwise.

With this company, all utilities must remain in the property owners name even while tenants are living there and the owners remain responsible for all payments.

The remaining vacant sites will be sold with a selection of 3-4 floor-plans and buyers must obtain construction-perm financing or cash. 

Investors can after just a few short years have their investment back, while still remaining in the investment and receiving quarterly cash flows.
