I called Bradford White this morning and they are sending out a plumber on Monday @ at no charge.

@J Scott Hamilton are the homes in Friendship/South Side flats built any better than homes in other areas of Pittsburgh.Your feedback is welcome as I'm planning a trip to the city soon and am planning to purchase within the next 2-2.5months.

@Jaime Frusta, The property in Florida is in Sarasota Mote Ranch area, heading there for a short trip in two weeks, still have some loose ends to take care of.Thanks for the tip on the Romeoville area @Scot Howat

I should be able to make at least a couple of trips a year but for the most part, I will have to rely on this person on the ground. 

And since I'm only home once a year I don't like to be driving forever during my trips.
