Hi, I think made a mistake on the Purchase Closing Cost input.

Should you try to do your first on your own, make mistakes and learn from them?

even with the mistakes and issues, you are learning valuable lessons.

Whether it be guidance or mistakes I'm making as I stumble through deals.

If you are just starting out, you can take the journey with me and see what kind of mistakes and hardship I am going through.

The articles and forums here gave me the confidence to start buying properties, and it's been a great experience, with some good deals, a few mistakes, consistent cash flow, and plenty of interesting stories.It's a lot of effort to complete each deal, even the small ones.  

The mistake would have been not asking.

Of course I called Phillip (Blain) Bundy and he assured me that it was a mistake and said that funds will be back on Home Depot cards in a few days.A week later, nothing was added to those cards.

Attached is a screenshot of the rental properties calculator formula.I would love to know any and every mistake I've made working this up.
