Hey everyone, just wanted to post about what we do!

Reading a lot of posts on this forum it sounds like many of you look at the whole picture and it's not always black and white… To me the 580 and the bankruptcy are unacceptable at face value, however, the 7 years, the 4.7X, and 0 late payments since bankruptcy offset those blemishes.

I will start another post like I did with the STR valuation research.

@Jason Allen, Great post, we have a few real estate / Construction business here in Columbus and have been wondering what the best strategy / planning should be for the next 3,5,10,20 years based on all this investment and growth.

Then post the required notice to move out.
