Hey everyone, just wanted to post about what we do! I am an investor that is nationwide but based out of Ohio! 
I do everything from wholesale, long terms, residential, multi, commercial, industrial Rv parks etc. 
I’d venture to say that I pride myself on finding creative solutions and opportunities for every single deal, even if it may not be evident at first, there is always a solution! 
I would love to network and bring as much value as I can to everyone and all the businesses! 
I always have deals to either assign or partner with and looking for PMLs as well. I am also always looking for properties to buy, nationwide for commercial and bigger multi!
