I am a high school teacher and both children who were born in the United States have earned strait A's in spite of the challenges that extreme poverty and fear that their parents could be deported present.

A lot of Cody's employees have Finance degrees that he paid to send them to school for...every employee there has to know everything in the course so they can talk to potential clients and answer all the questions with actual knowledge of what they are talking about..Cody does not misrepresent anything..it's a great course & I have made a ton of money wholesaling..which I have learned by working there...it's easy and does NOT require and type of license to do it...but you have to understand exactly how it's done or you will try to middle man a house with out your cash buyers in place and that's impossible...you also need to know how to place the ads and where to place them to get your buyers list. .He's a good guy and 100% legit and I thank them all for the knowledge I received while I was there it's helped me out a lot...I don't have a Maserati or Rolls Royce but I have a great life with a great family and I don't want for anything..And even though I own my own business and make money there...

For rentals I would suggest looking in the Valley High School Area on the South side of 235. 

Parents may know other parents going thru a divorce, where both parents want to continue living in the same school zone/etc. 

If the primary borrower on an fha loan has little to no income (say a student just finishing school), can a co-signer or co-borrower still qualify them for a mortgage even if the co-signer or co-borrower is a non-occupant?

I went to grad school here a few years ago so it’s going to be great to be back.

I originally used several paid and free management softwares, but they still have an old school mentality. 

We househacked a triplex in the Graduate Hospital area and have a duplex in South Philly.
