@Derek Summerford I always like the dave ramsey approach with debt... recommends putting pause on contributing to the roth to pay off the debt as quickly as possible  (if it isn't your mortgage).

Many people in this field are not so technically minded, so you definitely have what to contribute here.

I don't want to be somebody who just reaps the rewards without contributing.

I love BP and look forward to gaining more knowledge and being able to contribute more.

Hello Jo-Ann, Peter, Arpen,I am definitely working on the knowledge part and appreciate the three of you contributing.

I am starting to receive interests from friends and family who wish to contribute capital to my potential deals.Can anyone tell me how I would structure the investment agreement?

I love contributing and helping out but I get frustrated when I cannot tell what the nature of the request is without opening the message because the subject line offers no clue as to what is needed.  

  $1,500 isn't going to repair a roof or even a number of major repairs that may happen within the next 5-15 years.I was thinking once I reach $10,000 in reserves for this property I can begin to think about contributing less, and I can merely build up the reserves at a quicker rate if maintenance or cap-ex start to significantly deplete the reserves.All opinions welcome.Thanks.
