Hi!

My name is Derek Summerford and I am from Scottsboro, Al. I work for an aerospace company but am wanting my own freedom. My wife runs a custom shirt business and we are trying to grow that now. I have always loved real estate and am looking into becoming a landlord. I am thinking of hopefully buying in the next 2 years. I am wanting to get my debts paid off first. I have a Roth with my job but I thought I should leave that alone. Does that sound like good plan?
