Nice compromise but it does look better for lease/option tenants and it wears better in the main living areas if they vacate.

I would give them a 30 days notice to vacate .

All is possible since the courts have the power to vacate the sale under equity reasons.

I was quoted for a secondary house mortgage (vacation house), and it was not a DSCR loan. there was no pre-payment penalties. sorry about that!!

Are people really having to give $10k for cash for keys for a tenant to vacate a property in the city of Chicago?
