I feel for you, being in such a place that positivity upsets you.

Last year, I was awoken by an upset neighbor at 7 am ON CHRISTMAS DAY because the dog had jumped their fence and was after their urban chickens.Just today, the dog escaped.

maybe he is upset he lost his home.....

They included:-she was so upset with MW, she didn't want to pay any rent as the furnace wasn't working-she ended up paying $800 for November after the furnace was fixed (we had agreed to this due to the inconvenience of the furnace)-she got COVID and lost her job-tenant missed three months of rent-tenant wanted to stay and agreed to pay $1300/month until she was caught up-tenant pays $1300 in March 2021-tenant pays $1200 in late April 2021 (if I remember the date correctly)-I never see another dime of rent-tenant eventually leaves (I forget if it was the $250 I offered her for the keys or Saunya's threats of evicting her)-tenant has close to a $3,000 water bill that was outstanding!

They seem to be a very smart and sneaky couple and I get the feeling they'll be upset after I give them notice and will go after me for kicking them out due to their pig, or any other reason they can think of. 

I find the "space travellers" are unfamiliar with the area, and they are starting off upset (edit note:  spell checker must have changed the spelling I used from "Pis***" to "upset") because they had to travel so far from home base...and mentally that already sets their calculater up automatically multiplying every number by 90%.2 - "Be prepared with comps that favor what I need the numbers to be for after I got a low appraisal". 

I want to share my victory for two reasons, one...in hopes of encouraging another to stick with it and be patient, perfection is not needed to get started.

I completely understand why you'd be upset if the rules are not being followed or enforced evenly.
