The only slight red flag was that they only accepted payment via Venmo or wire transfer, but that's how I accepted payment when I was selling lead bundles, so I still thought it was worth a shot.

You are on a great trajectory and learning curve because you are learning from your mistakes and also preparing to move slowly instead of scaling before you are ready.

I thought I was crazy when I randomly tried to open the app for the first time in months and it didn’t work.

I definitely thought it was a scam but it was legit and easily one of my most profitable 1 night stays away from a pure revenue stand point.

Any thoughts for a rookie investor would be appreciated.

I was recently corrected as I thought 12 states required license but it’s up to 18 states now from what one of the BP experts let me know.Department of real estate for re brokernot sure on the cfl.

So, my standard thought is they are either not as successful as they put out in the world (and need $20-30k), or they are charging you to sell you something more.
