Chose my property based on these things: -Borders national forest-Gorgeous instagram worthy rock formations on property-No direct neighbors-15 minutes from popular fishing spot, OHV trails, and gas station-Power and telephone at property linePicked it up for 22K off market, structure needs some beautification, there's already an outhouse, minimal setup required.

I gave up after the online questionnaire and documents submission process, several emails, voicemails and a screening telephone call had still not netted a consultation appointment.

Don't just email; pick up the telephone and call and stay on the phone until you get clarity on the situation.
