I see a lot of properties failing due to poor design and lack of amenities. 

You have to have a specific angle on a property or be willing to put up with title or condition problems that nobody else is... or compete with cash-rich guys who buy these things all day.At least I didn't overpay, or even worse, fail to do due diligence and end up with a broken foundation and a jumbo IRS lien!

I’d have to think that, at this point, 99% of Poconos homes are failing to break even every month in STRAt this point the Poconos has basically just become a market for locals, people in NYC or Philly who want a vacation home that occasionally rents out to subsidize a tiny portion of their mortgage every month.

It's all junk that will fail fast.Pre-corona homes tend to be built way better and you get a bigger lot.If you are holding these for decades then rent growth and appreciation over time should be there but nothing is guaranteed.GA in some areas has low crime, good schools, and weather.

Assuming the seller did not receive the second notice on time before signing the disclosure, why did the seller or the seller's agent intentionally hide the notice in the disclosure and fail to inform me?
