Try to prepared for anything that can happen.I was and wasn’t properly prepared for that brain aneurism and stroke that stroke that happened when I was 54 just two days before preventing surgery thanks to me taking a MRI and saw that problem but before that happened,I was told by my regular Doctor my condition was perfect.

LOL  Plus I think right now max leverage on these assets leaves no exit.. so i like to see cash sales or bigger down strokes.. its quite amazing in my business new construction.. how many houses are being sold for cash..

as stated above I would just start with one unit and keep going as you can afford it until all are done.. or if you can stroke a check now just do it all at once maybe you get a volume discount.PS out our way we ALWAYS do sewer scope as routine due diligence and if any pipes look bad we ask seller to replace prior to closing..
