I love real estate but work so far from home and am gone to work Mon - Fri and am the only driver in the family so far.

I contacted these people  and they wanted me to fill out an application, they wanted tax returns bank statements a copy of drivers license articles of incorporation, I even think they wanted a copy of my drivers license they wanted my ein number.

I ask for a pic of their drivers license, but I've only started doing that the last few years.Can't even imagine not going into a house I might buy if I could.

That puts you in the driver's seat and gives you some protection.  

Fear is a poor driver of decisions.
