With more funds we can: a) lease better equipment (servers) to reduce site downtime, delays, etc., and increase the website's speed b) improve all of the current functionality of the site c) add better tools, features, capabilities to the site to improve the user experience d) get all of those things you want BiggerPockets to do, to happen e) and much more!

Forging e-mail headers is trivial.Its possible its a virus on his machine or perhaps his mail server that's using the addresses.That's a good reminder to ALWAYS be careful with e-mails, even if they appear to be from a trusted source.
