Folks,
Some people have expressed to me how much they appreciate on bigger pockets. How much it's helped them in their business.

People have also told me that this site has both saved them tens of thousands of dollars by keeping them out of bad deals (Frankly I'm willing to be we kept a few people out of bankruptcy based on some of the potential deals posted). We also are hearing stories of people making tens of thousands of dollars on deals directly because of this site.

This site is free to use. So is the forest, the ocean, anything natural, etc..... As we are capitalists, perhaps we're not used to dealing with free-use resources and are perhaps it doesn't occur to us that the responsibility of being a user of a free-use resource is that we must become a steward of it. No system can live on a take only basis. You have to keep watering it, fertilizing it, replenishing the resources you take.

I don't work for this site. I'm one of those people who's made money from this site. I do know this site costs money to build and maintain. More than that, I know that Josh has countless hours invested in not only building the site, but maintaining and monitoring it. Because of this, the site attracts some of the best talent in actual, in the field, real estate investing - talent that you are free to benefit from.

However, as a steward - you need to understand that maintaining the free use of the site is not Josh's job. It's our job. What you also need to understand that everyone making a one time donation simply isn't going to cut it. The costs are continuous - the supply must also be.

Here is the link to the donation page. At the very least, you can switch out 1 week of starbucks coffee for dunkin donuts coffee and give the $10 difference to the site. If you've made money from the site, you can afford to donate 1% of your net profits back to the site to keep this going so you have the resource to continue making money. If this site has saved you from getting into a bankrupting deal - give .5% of the money you saved less the attorneys fees and years of hardship you would have incurred. We're not dealing in huge numbers here in the big picture.
