I also have this sentence: In addition to forfeiture of earnest money to Seller or return of earnest money to Buyer, Buyer and Seller shall both have the option of enforcing specific performance of this contract or any other remedy allowed by law or equity.Does this mean that I can still be forced to buy or pay other damages after forfeiting my earnest money if the deal falls through?

To clarify, the mortgage terms are 30 yr and roughly the same interest rate (+/-.25%).You last sentence is impactful on my desired outcome, which is buying and holding the PR, then turning the property into a rental.

If you use another copy you could risk your case being thrown out if certain sentences are not larger then others etc...After the 3 days has expired you can then file the eviction, use an attorney, do not try to do it yourself.

It's basically on a city by city basis to find certain areas in certain states that may be a good market - it's not like I get this great result of cities and states immediately.I have done this mostly in my home state, but when I do I usually stick to the area like I mentioned in the first sentence.
