Linked post happened yesterday and was hilarious! 

I often offer on here to help new people with Direct Mail, Wholesaling, Talking to sellers, Etc. I started a blog where I am going to do just that. Basically free mentoring. Me giving back. Feel free to follow, ask questions, and suggest topics.
