So $2500/$5000/$10,000 per unit is realistic depending if it's a light refresh (paint, carpet, some Sheetrock, etc. ) -> $2.5Kall the way up to this apartment is trashed and we'll need to touch everything -> $10KIf it works with the 10K you should be good.
