So, speaking in pursuit of wisdom here, it seems like the best play for you guys would be to lower your heads, push hard, and save up WHILE looking for deals to execute with the stash of cash you DO have. 

Yes, I completely agree it’s overkill, I know, but I also can’t deny it felt good to have all those payments done—in fact, it made the whole pursuit worthwhile.

Part of that approach is to network and be very targeted in our pursuits (i.e., one zip code, one demographic, one property type, etc.).
