I don't want to see any lives lost or a war break out but at the same time it needs have a lid put on it without TANKS rolling in and troops with gas masks tear gassing everyone to just go home and pack up there car and burn the city down.... if a war breaks out and things go too far i can see baltimore becoming a ghost town...

No one is challenging that lead paint needs to be controlled and we are behind keeping properties safe and we fully agree that deadbeat landlords need to be pursued...however the law is excessive in several capacities.)I'd like to know why the existing and currently quite active Neighbor Works (blight, neglect, abandonment, disrepair  violations) can't pursue properties with peeling exterior paint...immediately attacking half of the problem for the lead paint law (exterior vs interior) and I would expect 80% of the real problem landlords here in Toledo.

Good idea to use a mask.

If kitchen needs a backsplash, you can put in the peel and stick imitation tile that looks pretty decent. 

I know this because my marketing team has tried it as well as with VRBO before they masked the emails. . .
