From what I see, correct me if I am wrong, most of these turnkey outfits are selling their rehabs for quite a bit over 'retail' value.

@Craig Fitzsimmons Our internal operation specializes in managing properties, but I am networked with a couple of very good realtors, follow most of the major wholesalers, networked with the good turn-key outfits, and have inside deals cross my desk each week.
