Turn in the Seattle or Tacoma, Washington areas

Hello all, trying to get more involved with these communities. I listen to the podcasts every week and learn a ton.

A few weeks ago, Brandon talked about buying his child a house his college savings, putting it on a 15 year mortgage, and then gifting it when the child turned 18 or something.

I would like to do something similar for my two kids by buying turnkey properties in the Seattle/Tacoma areas.

Why turnkey? I actually live and work in Asia so having a fully established property that I could just take on, ideally with a tenant in place, would be ideal.

Why that area? We have other properties in the areas as well as family. We've done well and we're actually looking to buy more in the areas besides these turnkey units.

Can anyone help me find turnkey outfits that could take me through the market and perhaps showing me houses?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Matt, Would be happy to help you out in this area. Turn key can mean a lot of different things to people. My team has helped other passive investors such as your self purchase a home and then recommend a qualified property management company. This allows us to focus on what we do best, buying and selling in this busy market. And allows the property manager to focus on what they do best, managing a property for maximum returns on the owners investment. Let me know what questions you might have for this market!
