New member intro Atlanta

Hello everyone! I am a newbie in so many ways! New to the Atlanta area. New to investing. I am just getting started and looking for my first deal. I would like to network and meet wholesalers and hard money lenders. I'm really excited to get started and really loving all the info on BP.

After that, while you are reading every article about your specific interests, jump over to the Marketplace forum and put in a filter for Georgia. That's a good starting point to see who is doing what in the ATL. Lots of "wholesalers" here; What you want to do is see who is doing deals on a regular basis and who is not. There's a few of one and LOTS of the other! 

The lenders forum will also show you some hard money outfits. Compare all the fees and criteria and get set up with a couple you like. Let me know if I can help!
