I asked them to clarify what they wanted and this was her response:The plan should include details of rehab with completion dates for major milestones.  You can determine major milestones as either room completion or funds needed completion.

Interesting how the "home ownership graph" fluctuated around 65% +/- 1% until around the year 2000; and now it is heading back down to that same range ...
