You can take them 3 weeks apart if my memory is correct, there are 3 of them.The state test is very easy, I paid $50 for some multiple choice tests via Kaplan and did a few hundred questions and that was it.Test focuses a lot on disclosure and how to handle deposit money, basically don't be an idiot, dishonest thief.

Helen seems to have much more to do with a whole town of attractions, restaurants, etc, and a huge weekend for Octoberfest, plus all the other weekends like Labor day and memorial day would be pretty great rentals.

dividing a house into 3 units would have required a permit at any point in living memory.3. most areas require a Landlord/Rental Tax be paid.
