Helping others navigate this unique and impactful business model has been a rewarding part of my journey.Now, I’m looking to scale by incorporating the BRRRR strategy—acquiring undervalued properties, rehabbing them to meet care home standards, and refinancing to reinvest.

We even did a mid-year check in meeting in person but felt like he did not provide us any guidance.

I've invested with the same group for the past 7 years but when I joined they had been already in business as a real estate fund for 3.5 years and asked to meet withy the fund manager who took the time to tour me personally in California and hen a year later I went to see one of their bigger projects for assisted living facilities.

Normally you would think your asset value would go up if inflation goes up, but if the Fed is put into a position to print money to meet Fed Interest payments, US assets will probably devalue. 

I don’t mind paying those fees if I can build a solid, long lasting business quickly.I know I can piece together all these things by attending my local REI meetings and making connections there.

Unfortunately, the tenant didn’t think me showing up to have a brief conversation was important enough to fit me in her busy schedule.
