Lying during this process will lose you the property, fetch you a hefty fine and black ball you for future offers.Always include a proof of funds letter, even if they don't require it.Here in IL you also have a 10 day - not 10 work day - inspection period and only a 5 day attorney contingency.Also be aware that the addendum has limits on the amount of debt that you can levy on the property relative to its purchase price.

They do come with checkbook control out of the box, which is handy.The penalties are not usually based on distributing the assets, but instead start with excise taxes of 15% and up on the trustee themselves.

I am suing my HOA, and will have the court declare that it Unconstitutional for a private entity to levy fines against American citizens.This is a government power, and these HOAs need to be slapped down hard.Two States have already found HOA fines to be Unconstitutional....mine will be next.Next I want to strip them of any rule making authority.

Apparently OOL dictates that the heirs took title to the property individually even when there was never a deed to the heirs from the estate.So I now realize that I need to know more than what liens may be levied against a property or the owner of record.
