The costs ot get a title checked

Hello BP FAMILIA,

Hey, does anyone know what the costs are to have a title checked in the Houston, Tx area?? What I want to do is to check for clear title(s) on the properties that may get a purchase agreement signed on.

FWIW here in Georgia a typical closing attorney would charge you about $200 to do it. Or you can do it yourself for ....$0
