I placed this exact same post in another thread but not sure where is a better place.

i'm a 20 year old college student, attending a community college for my gen eds then at the end of next year may or may not transfer right away to UW-Madison. I live at home have a total of around $100/month in bills so very little expenses. but i have been looking at and VERY interested in getting my hands on an 8-plex/multi-family home, and was wondering what my best options would be? I am not working at all until summer, so no job which is why I am wondering where I can turn to. The properties I have been looking have either 7/8 units filled or 8/8. Any help on what my best option would be
